KITCHEN RENOVATIONS

After being refused planning permission for an extension to our house we contacted The conversion Kings as we had heard good things about them and understood that they did garage conversions. Jeff was so knowledgeable about the current building regulations and planning permissions; we were able to have our garage converted instead giving us a much bigger extension than we originally planned.

With our expanding family we decided it was time to create more space, a loft conversion wasn’t an option and we did not have enough of a budget for a full extension. We approached The Conversion Kings about a garden annexe, they designed one for us after an initial free consultation which we loved! They were able to organise all the planning and trades needed to carry out the work. We are very pleased with the finish. Many thanks to Lory and Jeff.

We had our double garage previously “Insulated” and ply covered but it went damp and mouldy over the winter time even with an extraction system in place! I called for quotes and Lory came around and gave us a quote for doing the job correctly, we accepted this and away they went.All I can say is that the job has been completed and I cannot recommend Lory and the crew that did a fantastic job, battening and then lining the whole garage and plaster boarding the whole room followed by a plaster finish to make this ‘room’ sealed and complete. So, based on this I can thoroughly recommend “The Conversion Kings” for anyone that is potentially looking to transition their garage into a den, gym, extra room etc!

The Conversion Kings converted our existing garage into a garden room and separate ‘man cave’. They were fantastic. Reliable, very tidy, tolerant of my curious children and thoughtfully solved every problem as it arose. The quote was accurate and they have done a great job. They listened to everything that we needed and have transformed the way we use our outdoor space. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had a loft conversion done by the Conversion Kings and I couldn’t recommend them enough – the quality of the work was excellent, they kept us informed of progress throughout and clearly took pride in their work. They also kept the rest of the house super clean and tidy and were very considerate throughout.

Lory and the friendly, professional team converted a huge loft, making it into a great space. They were able to take the project on in amazingly fast time, arriving early on the first morning and working through to get it completed really efficiently. I had asked for some bespoke features and these were achieved brilliantly, with Lory checking with me that I was happy with the solutions proposed. I was working to a tight budget and the Conversion Kings made sure that I could have the full list of everything I wanted within this budget – really supportive. It was also really refreshing to see that they took great care to protect carpets and walls as they worked, and did an amazing job of cleaning up at the end. I will absolutely know who to call in future for any projects.

Lory was good enough to take time out of his working day to come look at a property we are purchasing, to help price up roughly the work that needed doing as well as giving us an idea of what could be done. He was quick to reply to all my emails and I really appreciate the time he took out of his day to give his opinion. We look forward to getting into the new house and hopefully working alongside with you guys very soon!
